În 2021 a debutat seria de micro-filme Artist Talks: Outdoor Sessions, interviuri cu artiști plastici realizate de Andreea Petcu Foanene în incinta Muzeului și transmise pe pagina de Facebook, cât și pe contul de YouTube al instituției.

Primul interviu din seria „Artist Talks:Outdoor Sessions” a avut-o invitată pe artista Livia Mateiaș.

Muzeul Național de Artă Timișoara este o instituție culturală patrimonială care adăpostește, expune, studiază și promovează colecții permanente unice, reprezentative pentru contextul cultural local, regional și național, precum: Colecția de Artă Bănățeană (pictură de șevalet de secol XIX și colecția de icoane), Colecția Corneliu Baba, Colecția de Artă Europeană, Colecția de Artă Românească Modernă, Colecția de Artă Contemporană, Colecția de Artă Decorativă.

 

 

În plus, Muzeul este deschis colaborării cu artiști contemporani.

Prin interviurile dedicate acestora, muzeul invită publicul să descopere spații secrete din Palatul Baroc alături de creatori de conținut și valori vizuale semnificative.

Interviul realizat în cadrul proiectului Artist Talks: Outdoor Sessions reprezintă expresia apropierii și interesului MNArT față de arta contemporană locală.
