Access

The last entry to the museum is 30 minutes before closing time.

Only visitors with valid tickets are allowed to enter the museum. They must keep their tickets with them throughout their visit.

All visitors have to pass security checks at the museum entrance.

The museum is accessible to all persons with reduced mobility and wheelchair access is allowed in the museum. There are mobile step elevators and you can request to use them at the museum entrance.

Baby buggies are only allowed in certain exhibitions.

Visitors are not allowed to bring: weapons, knives, screwdrivers or any potentially dangerous objects, materials or substances.

Animals are not allowed in the Museum, except for guide dogs specially trained to help people with disabilities.

Wardrobe and luggage

Backpacks, umbrellas, bags, small suitcases and coats will be deposited in the locker room.

Visitors may not bring bags or suitcases larger than the size of a cabin bag (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) to the museum. The capacity of the cloakroom is limited, so we apologize if we are unable to accept these items during busy periods.

The museum is not responsible for any loss of valuables.

The museum encourages the use of special travel accessories for extra security of medium or large pieces of luggage (luggage locks).

Safety

Visitors are not allowed inside the museum:

  • Smoking
  • To consume food or drink. Water bottles up to 500 ml are allowed, but it is recommended to drink water only outside the galleries
  • To cross the barriers marking the boundaries of the visitor areas
  • To block access routes
  • To touch works of art
  • Make a lot of noise
  • Running

Photography, audio and video recording

Flash photography is not allowed.

Staff

Museum employees are identifiable by badges and have the authority to ask visitors to comply with these regulations. In specific circumstances, museum staff may escort visitors off the premises.

Insulting or violent attitudes towards museum staff are not allowed.
