Tickets can be purchased online or at the National Art Museum box office.
Rates for guided tours
- Group guide: 166 lei/group (minimum 10 – maximum 25 persons)
- Guided tour for school:
- 11 lei/student (with MNArT collaboration protocol)
- 17 lei/student (without cooperation protocol)

FREE TICKETS – children and students, disabled persons and their companions, employees of state museums in Romania, Romanian and foreign journalists (written press and media), members of AICA, ICOM, ICOMOS, UAPR, CJT employees and county councillors, the employees of the County Direction for Culture Timiș, the teacher/teacher accompanying groups of pupils, visual arts teachers and students of fine arts faculties, for pensioners on the 3rd Wednesday of each month except for the exhibition “Caravaggio’s Lights. The Beginnings of Modernity in European Painting in the Roberto Longhi Collection” (on the basis of your pension slip and identity card). Valid ID cards are validated by identity card or other supporting document.

Accessibility
People with disabilities and their companions have free access to the museum. Access to the museum is from Union Square. There is no parking lot or elevator.
Visitors in wheelchairs
Wheelchair access is allowed in the museum. There are mobile step elevators and you can request to use them at the museum entrance. It is recommended that you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Blind or visually impaired visitors
The museum has guide systems for the visually impaired, consisting of tactile markings that allow the blind to move around with the help of a cane.
Visitors with sensory processing sensitivity
The museum can be crowded, especially during events and the lighting differs in each space. For a quiet environment, we recommend visiting the museum during off-peak hours, weekends or events.
Toilet
The toilets are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the museum, on the left side.
